We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — even if the product has been opened or used.

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. This applies to all sizes, including 3-month and 6-month supplies.
  • Each item is eligible for a one-time full refund.
  • To qualify, the bottle must be returned, even if it’s empty.
  • The guarantee is valid once per product, per household (the same item can’t be refunded more than once).
  • Each customer is allowed a maximum of 2 returns per calendar year, whether through the 30-day guarantee or regular return requests.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Please note: ÀVORA Wellness does not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
